How do I return an order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mexico Fan Shop, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note custom jerseys cannot be returned.
Contact our customer service team at ayuda@udnfanshop.com so they can assist you with creating your return label. Once your package is labeled, feel free to drop it off at any UPS Drop-Off Location within the applicable return window for that product.
Why can I not find my order history?
You may have placed your order using the guest checkout option or on our legacy website. In this case, the order is not associated with a registered account. However, you can still check the status of your order online using the order tracker.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately upon checkout if paid via credit card. There are installment payment options via Shopify and other providers at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
The time it takes to receive your order varies depending on the type of products, the delivery address, and the delivery method selected at checkout. During sales, promotion, and product launch periods, delivery may take slightly longer than expected. Standard ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-3 days for processing non-customized orders and 5-10 business days for customized orders. Pre-order items will be shipped immediately upon availability.

At Mexico Fan Shop, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from tudnfanshop.com, we offer a full refund on regular-priced, non-custom, and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
Final Sale Items: Please note that clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exclusions: Personalized products, including official namesets, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defect Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. All apparel purchased from Mexico Fan Shop is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing and customization defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including fabric pulls, color loss, or shrinkage.
In the Event of a Defect: If you do encounter a defect, we will offer store credit upon return of the defective merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Custom Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact customer service at ayuda@udnfanshop.com as soon as possible.
Custom Orders: Orders for personalized items cannot be canceled once they have entered the customization process.
Exchange Policy
Regular-Priced Items: Exchanges are allowed for regular-priced, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Please contact customer service to initiate an exchange.
Final Sale and Personalized Items: Exchanges are not available for clearance or personalized products, as these are final sale.

Standard Ground Shipping: For non-custom orders with inventory availability, if placed before 10 am EST Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped the same business day. After shipping, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
2-Business Day Shipping: For non-custom orders with inventory availability, if placed before 10 am EST Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped the same business day. Delivery is expected by the end of the second business day from the time of shipping.
